We collect account information you provide (name, work email), opportunity and labor-category content you create, and standard telemetry needed to operate the Service securely.
Information is used to deliver and improve the Service, secure your workspace, generate advisory outputs, and support compliance and audit requirements within your organization.
Do not submit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified material, export-controlled / ITAR-restricted data, or sensitive personal data beyond what is strictly required.
Workspace content is shared only with members of your organization and CLERCO personnel acting under contract. We do not sell personal information.
Workspace data (opportunities, reports, uploaded documents, workforce profiles, and derived analyses) is retained for the duration of your organization's active subscription or pilot agreement. Account identity records (email, name, organization membership) are retained for the same period.
Audit and security logs (authentication events, agreement acceptance, administrative actions) are retained for up to 13 months to support investigation and compliance review.
Organization administrators may request export or deletion of workspace data at any time. Upon written deletion request, or within 30 days of subscription / pilot termination, workspace content is purged from production systems. Encrypted backups containing the data age out on the standard backup rotation (up to 30 days) after which the data is unrecoverable.
Individual users may request deletion of their own account by contacting their organization administrator or CLERCO support.
